Vegan Time Café began with a simple mission: to provide nourishing, flavorful plant-based meals that support health, energy, and overall wellness.

 

Founded by Chef I Am That I Am, the journey started in Mobile, Alabama in 2020 with a food truck dedicated to serving wholesome vegan and alkaline-inspired cuisine to the community. Through his passion for natural healing, herbal knowledge, and creative plant-based cooking, Chef I Am That I Am built a loyal following of individuals seeking healthier food options without sacrificing flavor.

 

As the vision continued to grow, Vegan Time Café expanded from a successful food truck into a full-service restaurant in Stone Mountain, Georgia, opening its doors in April 2025. Today, Vegan Time Café is recognized as Georgia's only dedicated alkaline vegan restaurant, offering thoughtfully prepared meals designed to nourish the body and restore energy.

 

Beyond the restaurant, Chef I Am That I Am shares his knowledge through catering services, personalized meal preparation programs, virtual cooking classes, wellness education, and detox guidance. His goal is not only to serve food, but to empower individuals and families with the tools and understanding needed to make healthier lifestyle choices.
