2-Day Detox Tea

Before beginning the 2-Day Detox Tea, a 3-day fruit-only fast is required.

This preparation phase is an essential part of the detox process and helps prepare the body for a deeper cleanse.

• Consume fresh fruits only for 3 consecutive days

• Avoid all other solid foods during this period

• Stay hydrated and listen to your body

This step is required before starting the detox tea.

Add the detox tea blend to water and bring to a boil.

Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes with the lid on.

After simmering, strain the tea and allow it to cool before drinking.

• Prepare one full batch as instructed

• Drink approximately 32 oz per day for 2 days

• Continue daily until the prepared tea is finished

Best enjoyed in the morning or early afternoon.
