3-Day Detox Tea

Before beginning the 3-Day Detox Tea, a 3-day fruit-only fast is required.

This preparation phase is a mandatory part of the detox and is designed to support a deeper, more intentional reset.

• Consume fresh fruits only for 3 consecutive days

• Avoid all other solid foods during this period

• Stay well hydrated and rest as needed

This step is required before starting the detox tea.

Add the detox tea blend to water and bring to a boil.

Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes with the lid on.

After simmering, strain the tea and allow it to cool before consuming.

• Prepare one full batch as instructed

• Drink approximately 32 oz per day for 3 consecutive days

• Continue daily until the prepared tea is finished

Best enjoyed in the morning or early afternoon.

Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Many people aim for close to a gallon daily, but always adjust based on your body’s needs.
